T & T Dyna Drain,  Drain Cleaner. 

This is a good blend of sulphuric acid and cleaner to work well against blockages in drains.  Pour into drain area and allow to work.  Only when necessary should you flush the drain.  Let the acid do its work and the blockage will be cleared.
