Never use another stripper.  This product has low odor and will not fail you.  Use as per instructions on the bottle according to your situation.  Rips through heavily burnished finishes.  Apply in dilution only, heavily on the floor.  Then with a low speed machine or an automatic scrubber, scrub the area and then pick up.  Neutralize and re-cover floor with RML Floor Finish of choice
