Polyurethane Gloves
Description
Polyurethane, commonly referred to as "PU", is a thermoplastic polymer of urethane. Polyurethane is very soft and has excellent stretch properties. It has poor resistance to hot water and is not recommend for use above 79 degrees C (175 degrees F). Polyurethane has a very low particulate shed, making it an excellent choice for Cleanroom Gloves.
S13PU - Superior-Touchâ„¢ Polyurethane - Nylon Palm Coated
For a supported glove, Superior-Touch polyurethane gloves give unparalleled touch sensitivity and dexterity. The non-linting filament nylon, seamless knit shell combined with the low particulate shedding properties of the polyurethane coating makes this glove suitable for fine assembly work in industries where product contamination is an issue. Many workers who previously had to work barehanded for a good sense of touch and had to put up with hand nicks and cuts, now work safer and more productively wearing Superior-Touch gloves. Both styles listed are CFIA Approved for Food Handling
