Manufactured from 16 ga. crs prime steel all body parts are tightly fi tted die-formed components spot welded and seam welded on all joints to form a strong rigid integral unit. All welds are ground smooth and buffed to allow a smooth finish.

Double pan construction consisting of a 16 ga. Crs outer panel welded at a tightly fi tted 24 ga. Inner panel with no less than 8 welds resulting in a strong rigid unit attached to the body using a 16 ga  continuous hinge and close on two rubber grommets.

Manufactured from 18 ga crs are fl anged on all sides and u channel fl anged on the front for extra rigidity. Can be perforated for ventilation.

Manufactured from heavy gauge round tubing welded to bottom capped with rubber boot protection protector cap.

All handles are manufactured from extruded aluminum and finished in a clear anodized coating for lasting durability

All components are cleaned and treated with a multistage iron phosphate process and coated with a high quality powder paint with a choice of no less than 16 colors.

Built in bench is laminated maple with a all edges sanded and rounded finished with a clear durable lacquer coating.
