This is a high viscosity gel oven cleaner with a special formulation of alkaline, chelating and penetrating agents.  It is safe on brass, copper iron and magnesium, stainless steel and vitreous tile.  Removes food sugars, oils, fats, protein starch.  Hold CFIA leter of non- objection.  I   totally biodegradable and free rinsing in useage.  Excellent dwell time in surfaces and leaves no film After rinsing.
