Durable white clay-based coating that covers unsightly ceiling tile stains caused by water damage, smoke, and soil discoloration. Unlike paint, this special restorer does not change the acoustical properties of the ceiling tile. Effective on both smooth and rough tile surfaces. Includes special vertical application actuators that enables you to spray without removing tile, spray around A/C vents, sprinkler heads or in corners. For use in office buildings, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and apartment buildings.
