Our 13W UPL lights are industrial quality fluorescent hand lamps with a 13A convenience outlet at the base of the light for plugging in power tools.  The UPL has a shatter resistant polycarbonate lamp shield to stand up to abuse.  It includes a full-length reflector, switch, hook, and removable magnet mount.
